Apartment 2:
The apartment of 40 m2 includes a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area + one bedroom with two beds and bathroom.
There may sleep 1-2 children in the living room. If we make 2 beds we remove a couch.
The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
The apartment has direct access to a small terrace and the big garden.
